I watched as one staff member prepared my two meal boxes, which included sides and biscuits, and then dropped the chicken strips into the fryer. After that, he... read more I watched as one staff member prepared my two meal boxes, which included sides and biscuits, and then dropped the chicken strips into the fryer. After that, he vanished. There were two girls working who seemed more interested in playing games and joking around than helping customers. The only person I noticed actually doing any work was a young gentleman. He pulled the chicken tenders from the fryer and started making four sandwiches. During this time, two guys walked in asking for someone. The young man finished making the sandwiches, left my sides unattended, and went out to the lobby to chat with his friends. At that point, I had to ask him if anyone was going to prepare my food. Afterward, he returned to his station and completed my order. I don't know how long they expected me to wait, but none of the staff appeared to care about the customers or their responsibilities. Overall, it was a terrible experience.
