Staff are rude. The breakfast sandwiches are NEVER toasted and cold. Ask a simple question and some girl is on a high horse answering with an attitude when she wasn’t even the one taking the order to begin with. You might as well order something and tell them to just make it how they want it because that’s how you’re gonna get it. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The crew members were very nice even with the families long order. Early morning person was very rude. Went through drive thru and when I got to my destination my coffee was not right. Went back and went inside and when I explained my coffee wasn't made right I was rudely told if I wanted it made right I should uave made my own. I was the only one on drive thru at the time he should have gotten it right. Won't be going back to this one. Exit 9 dunkin in Avon has be at better service. Meal type: Other
