Additionally, they forgot the most expensive it... read more I visited this restaurant's drive-thru and was asked if I wanted a receipt. I said yes, but I never received it. Additionally, they forgot the most expensive item in my order. When I went back to let them know about the missing items, one employee responded in a dismissive manner, saying, "I don't know," and asked, "Is it on the receipt?" How can I check that when I didn’t get a receipt at all? I will not be returning here. They mess up orders and their customer service is rude and careless.

When I posed a straightforward question, a girl who wasn't even taking my order replied with an attitude. It's probably best to just order whatever and let them prepare it as they see fit, since that's likely the way it will come. Overall, I would give the food, service, and atmosphere a rating of 1.

I stopped by the drive-thru early in the morning, and when I arrived at my destination, my coffee was not made correctly. I decided to go inside to address the issue, and when I explained that my coffee wasn’t right, the employee responded rudely, suggesting that if I wanted it made correctly, I should have made it myself. There was no one else at the drive-thru at that time, so I expected my order to be accurate. I won’t be returning to this location. I've had much better service at the Dunkin' at Exit 9 in Avon.

The manager, Samantha, is very unprofessional and treats both her staff and customers disrespectfully. I witnessed her yelling at and humiliating one of her employees. I cannot recommend this place to anyone, especially after seeing roaches crawling around. It's simply disgusting! Corporate needs to improve their management selection because this experience reflects poorly on the Dunkin' brand.
