If things don't improve, I might start going to the Mobile station where the staff is friendly and positive. My experiences at Casey’s are consistently unpleasant or frustrating whenever this particular manager is on duty. The other employees are always delightful, which suggests that Casey’s does a good job training its staff and has a solid team overall. Sadly, one bad apple can spoil the bunch, and this manager is that issue. She clearly should not hold a management position or work in customer service, as this field relies heavily on interpersonal skills and treating others with basic respect. As someone who has spent their entire career in customer service, I find her behavior to be utterly unprofessional.
