We live in Ohio, but have family here in Pittsburgh and always make it a point to stop for a lunch or dinner with our hosts during here. We visited Saturday night and had to wait for a table, but good, it is a popular restaurant. Our server was great, but I don't think we were even in his section because all the other tables that surround us were served by another server. The food was delicious as expected, came hot... What TS doesn't like about Primanti Bros. Restaurant And Bar:
Never had such a bad experience at Primanti’s. It’s usually good. Pizza was good on this visit, but anything fried tasted like it was cooked in old oil and was discolored, including the wings and these fries. Taste was off, and the buffalo wings had no sauce that I could see, and no heat. I don’t know what was going on in that kitchen that day, but it wasn’t worth the money spent. View all feedback.
Always good. Gets overwhelmed during promotions. Vegetarian options: Limited options. Menu dies not indicate them.
The waitress was excellent, and the food was incredible. You absolutely must try the duck!
The manager, Nate, was incredibly kind. My daughter ordered from DoorDash, and there was a mistake with the order. Even though it wasn't his responsibility, he took the time to resolve the issue. He was thoughtful and truly showcased what an excellent employee should be.

I tried the Reuben sandwich, and it was fantastic! We also ordered the loaded onion rings, which were the best I've ever had!
