Panera Bread
Description
**Panera: A Mixed Bag of Experiences**
In recent visits to Panera, diners have encountered a wide range of experiences. While some patrons lamented the decline in quality and service, expressing disappointment over incorrect orders and lackluster food, others shared positive moments highlighted by attentive staff. Notably, one employee went above and beyond to rectify a salad mix-up, exemplifying the customer service that many hope to experience. Additionally, favorites like macaroni and cheese and soups continue to delight. With a combination of inconsistent food quality and variability in service, potential diners may wish to approach with tempered expectations.

I had the cheddar cheese broccoli soup and the crispy chicken melt with a spicy cheese blend. Everything was delicious, and the service was excellent.
I placed a pickup order, but it wasn't ready until ten minutes after the scheduled time. After finally being informed that my order was ready, I went inside, only to find it sitting on the counter rather than in the pickup area. None of the staff acknowledged me or greeted me as I entered. The steak sandwich I ordered had hardly any meat and wasn't very tasty. The only highlight was the bacon turkey bravo. With so many choices at Centerton Square, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
This Panera Bread location offers great food along with a comfortable atmosphere, quick service, and friendly staff! I've visited several times and have always been satisfied. It’s especially nice to stop by after a long day of shopping. Some of my favorites are the Greek salad, Cobb salad, Mediterranean veggie sandwich, Caprese melt, and the chicken noodle soup served in a bread bowl!
A healthy option for a quick meal. Sandwiches, soups, flatbread, salads, or combinations of them all. Soups are ok, and sandwiches are good too. Salads are big, even the half size ones. Fast friendly service. Nice seating area.
This Mt. Laurel location is dirty every time we come. Dirty floors, dirty tables, dirty touch screens. Grinds in my coffee. Tried to order cookies on the touch screen and everything was sold out. After I ordered I see that they have everything in stock on the shelf. It wasn’t even busy. This Panera is consistently awful. Won’t be coming here again. Update: disgusting bathroom too. Yuck.
