Laurel location is dirty every time we come. Dirty floors, dirty tables, dirty touch screens. Grinds in my coffee. Tried to order cookies on the touch screen and everything was sold out. After I ordered I see that they have everything in stock on the shelf. It wasn’t even busy. This Panera is consistently awful. Won’t be coming here again. Update: disgusting bathroom too. Yuck.

This Has to be the most incompetent location I’ve ever been to they messed up my order for the fourth time I actually had to leave my house drive 30 minutes pay... read more This Has to be the most incompetent location I’ve ever been to they messed up my order for the fourth time I actually had to leave my house drive 30 minutes pay $25 to fill up my car just to come out and have them fix an order. I only paid $15 for I had the chicken Fiji apple salad and a chicken salad sandwich which they told me they would give me a whole sandwich for coming in there for the fourth time I only had a half a sandwich which they got wrong. It’s a tuna salad, so this whole experience has really ruined Panera for me. I will never set foot , in this location they really showed me today. They don’t really care about getting my order right a waste of time I could’ve been at home. I’m so angry with nothing to eat now and a stale cookie thats a finishing touch

Barely had any chicken pieces,missing Greek yogurt, and had dark disgusting avocado tiny chunks. I'll avoid this Panera!!!
