I came here regularly. But for the last 5 or 6 months this location really went down the hill. For beginners, employees are absurdly rude. Some will not acknowledge your presence. I love Panhcheros and go there a lot. I happened to be around Mt Laurel in rt 38. I came in with my emotional support dog and the rude manager just yelled in front of everyone you can?t have the dog here . First of all I never had any issue with any restaurant when I bring the dog especially when I?m holding her in my arms which I usually do. Maybe they should put a sign no dogs allowed instead of yelling in front of everyone and embarrassing the customer. That manager need some more training Vicky
The workers are terrible and acted like i was there at a bad time at 5:30 on a Tuesday night, they were ignoring me and I was the only person in line. This is how my shrimp bowl came out and I also got a chicken burrito which was terrible. Pancheros needs to figure it out at this location, I can honestly say I am done with this company after trying a few times.
3/19/22 1:30pm This is the THIRD time I ordered a burrito WITHOUT beans and it somehow came with beans. Tried asking the man behind the counter (Luis R) to please make sure there was no beans. Instead of answering me he dropped my food on the counter with an attitude and walked away without saying a word to me.
Stopped in for lunch with my son. We both got quesadillas, chicken for him and pork for me. Both pretty good. My favorite thing is the queso and chips! We also got salsa, pico, guacamole and sour cream to go along with the chips. Our lunch was a bit pricey but we did get a lot of items, as well as 2 sodas. Was very quiet, but a lot of people were picking up to go orders. They are practicing social distancing with the tables. Overall I like the food.
I've been a regular at this restaurant for quite some time, but over the past 5 or 6 months, the quality here has really declined. First of all, the staff are incredibly rude. Some employees won't even acknowledge you, while those who do seem annoyed to have to speak with you. The only person I've had a decent interaction with in months literally spat on the floor when they handed me my order. To make matters worse, the overall cleanliness of the place is on par with the poor customer service. Recently, I've noticed an overwhelming and unpleasant odor that can best be described as a mixture of a dirty mop bucket and bleach cleaner from the floors.
