Hadill took care of us, and she is awesome! Polite, friendly, professional... She is the best example of outstanding customer service. The food was also very good. Other associates were very polite and friendly as well. This is the best restaurant experience my family has had in a very long time!

This place was terrible! The cook gave my sister inlaw cold, and under cooked ham under cooked scrambled eggs, her pancake had runny dough in the middle. The waitress was awesome, though. When we sent her food back, the cook took double the time before her food came back out, and still, the pancake was undercooked and the same with the eggs and ham. When we spoke to the manager to get her food taken off because we didn't want to stay for the cook to make it wrong a third time. When the manager finally came to our table we waited 30 to 40 minutes for him to come to our table he had an attitude and was really rude. Also, this place was really filthy. ? I don't recommend going here.

I would definitely come here again. My boyfriend and I had breakfast here on a Sunday. It was pretty packed. We waited about 15-20 minutes to be seated. The food was really good. My boyfriend had the 3 meats omelette. Not too sure what mine was called but it was really delicious the hash browns weren?t super crispy but I didn?t mind. We also ordered buttermilk pancakes (which I forgot to take a picture of! and it was really good as well. Price: 40$ without tip Ambiance: Nice, like most breakfast places Waitress: Nice and attentive.

The mashed potatoes were really delicious. However, I wasn’t a fan of the stuffing; it had a strange aftertaste and was mostly just bread with no onions or celery. It felt pretty basic and could use some improvement. The corn was excellent—hard to go wrong with corn in general. My parents enjoyed the ham, but since I didn’t try it, I can’t comment further. As for the turkey, I thought it was just okay, purely my personal opinion. The green beans didn't appeal to me, possibly due to whatever else was mixed in. The macaroni and cheese was underwhelming—it was just alright. For dessert, we received a pumpkin pie, which I found to be merely okay; it had a thick consistency that didn’t quite work for me. The apple pie was good but very sweet, and the cup of whipped cream was delicious. We didn’t try the cheesecake, as we’re saving that for another day. There was also some banana pumpkin bread (I believe that’s what it was), which I didn't try, but my mom wasn’t fond of it. Overall, while we tried it, I don’t think we'll order it again. The set price for the Thanksgiving dinner was $160, which I felt was a bit much.

I recently went to Bob Evans for the first time in years, and since my previous experience wasn't the best, I had low expectations. However, I was pleasantly surprised—they've really improved! Firstly, they are likely one of the few restaurants left with reasonable prices. The portion sizes were generous, and the food was delicious. They will definitely be one of my top choices for family outings in the future.
