Feedback
Good place for a family dinner, food is good but nothing fancy. Our server kept forgetting to bring things we ordered, took minutes to get our drinks. No plates or utensils were given, had to ask for it. Food was served in a weird order, had minutes to eat one salad, while appetizers and main course was served together minuter after we arrived. Felt a bit rushed to leave as our server asked if weâre done yet and if need boxes, while we were still eating. Donât feel that I will visit this place again.
We havenât been to Bertuccis in a couple years. It truly felt like the taste of the food, the adult meals and the kids meals were not good. The rolls and the spicy oil were good, but the quality and taste of everything else felt lacking.
