Dunkin' - Mount Kisco
Dunkin'
Description
This neighborhood Dunkin' divides patrons: loyal regulars praise attentive, speedy staff, clean roomy seating and efficient morning service, while others report rude or aggressive employees, misleading promotional pricing, limited donut choices, disappointing coffee and higher-than-expected costs. A small shared lot and limited street parking add inconvenience. Sporadic confrontations have raised safety concerns, suggesting uneven staff training. The shop can be welcoming under steady, experienced crews, but inconsistent service and promotional opacity erode trust — management would benefit from clearer pricing, stronger customer-service coaching and conflict de-escalation.

Rude angry employee. When I ask for the $3 dollar egg and cheese. he said that not the price. while ripping me appartBait and switch on prices. Menu on overhead large display gives phony prices. It Says in large green picture $1 for donut or $3 for egg and cheese sandwich. In unreadable writing it says you have to buy a full price coffe to get that price. True american con job. Shame on them. check it out for yourself.
Incredible experience. It's one thing to have an off day, but it's entirely different to ignore a customer when they're trying to communicate with you. I had to ask the same question three times and still didn't get a response. I won't be returning.
This store is my favorite Dunkin store so now I only come to this one . Elida and Ronni and Erick and others always treat me well. They are all friendly , try very hard to please , and are all super nice. This store is clean and roomy enough to enjoy your food if you choose to stay and I highly recommend this store to anyone. All of the people, especially Elida, go beyond to provide excellent service.
The manager, Alida, was unfriendly, and Carlos was quite rude, speaking in Spanish to customers who didn't understand the language.
