Dunkin' - Mount Kisco
Dunkin'
Description
This Dunkin’ combines fresh donuts, often reliable coffee, quick counter service outside peak hours, mobile ordering, and ample parking, making it popular with commuters, families and road-trippers. Guests frequently praise friendly staff and a generally clean, casual atmosphere. However, visits can vary: rush-hour crowds mean slow or inconsistent service, occasional order mistakes and lapses in restroom/table cleanliness have been reported. Currently there’s no drive‑thru or curbside pickup.

I ordered a drink that was made incorrectly, and when I politely asked them to fix it, the response I received was quite dismissive. They eventually made a new one, or so I thought, but it turned out to be so bad that it was undrinkable.
I ordered a large cappuccino, but I received less than half of what I expected. The person who served me refused to refund my money or provide any decent service.
The restrooms were unclean, and the tables hadn't been wiped down. There was a long line of customers waiting to be served. Despite having plenty of staff on hand, the service was frustratingly slow.
My son and I have been going to this place for years and my son and on Sundays 6:15am, before going our technical department which is 1 hour away, we always come to our local dunkin for breakfast. I used my mobile app and placed it before leaving the house... I'm 10 mins away..... I showed up and nothing was MADE!! WHAT!!I saw my ticket off the machine and resting on the counter. The manager was there and said. Oh this is you??? He didn't look happy about his employees. No one knew what was going on. UgggAt the end.... I had to wait and I was patient but in the end.... NOTHING WAS SAID. No sorry, no freebies, nothing. The corporate industry of these chains is Super disappointing.
