I used my mobile app and placed it before leaving the house... I'm 10 mins away..... I showed up and nothing was MADE!! WHAT!!I saw my ticket off the machine and resting on the counter. The manager was there and said. Oh this is you??? He didn't look happy about his employees. No one knew what was going on. UgggAt the end.... I had to wait and I was patient but in the end.... NOTHING WAS SAID. No sorry, no freebies, nothing. The corporate industry of these chains is Super disappointing.
