I have always received friendly, patient, and welcoming service at this restaurant, along with fresh food. My current favorite is the chicken finger meal, which is large enough for my wife and me to share. It offers a generous portion for the price. The chicken has consistently been served hot, crispy, and fresh. All the employees I've interacted with are polite and helpful, and the restaurant appears to be clean. Highly recommended!
I placed a mobile order today via the Zaxbys app, but after trying to pick it up they had no history of my order. They couldn’t refund me or even give me the food i had ordered. Left empty handed. I had to call the 1800 number for actual help with my issue. Hopefully my money will be refunded. I’ve never had an experience like this before at this Zaxby’s. Disappointed ….
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. A staff member wearing glasses told me and my friend, "You guys can leave" after we inquired about picking up a mobile order. It felt really rude. When we asked if she was serious, she confirmed it without hesitation. I understand that working in fast food can be tough, but they could have at least offered us a refund. It would have been nice to have a more positive and friendly attitude instead of feeling unwelcome.
My boyfriend and I visited this restaurant a few hours ago, and we were very disappointed with the service. The staff was rude, and the manager wasn’t any better. We ordered fried pickles, but they were burnt. When we returned them, they still didn’t taste right. The manager's attitude didn’t help the situation at all. Additionally, my wings were served cold. We are unlikely to return unless there are significant improvements.
