Taco Bell has emerged as a popular late-night destination, offering a blend of fast service and friendly staff. Despite some recent challenges with order accuracy and food temperature, many patrons appreciate the quick drive-thru service, even during peak hours. Customers have praised the cleanliness of the location and the politeness of the employees, creating a welcoming atmosphere. While the food quality remains consistent with the Taco Bell standard, guests have mixed feelings about specific items. Overall, this restaurant stands out for its dedicated staff and enjoyable experience, even when navigating occasional order mishaps.
5/6: A long wait, lack of communication, but seemed as if the staff did their best to maintain... The dining area could certainly use a little DC, but overall not terrible. This review is based exclusively on my experience as DoorDash-Type Driver, I will be the following but not limited to; Kindness, cleanliness, speed...
Of course, the food is standard TB, but what this place deals are the extremely polite people who work there. You are efficient and quick to get your order and are always very nice. Besides, it's the cleanest and cleanest TB I've ever been. I've never had a great experience here, and it's all because of the workers, and I'm always here. Hurrah for her!
This restaurant is an excellent choice for satisfying late-night cravings! I hadn’t eaten at Taco Bell in twenty years, but after catching Dogs in a Pile at Brooklyn Bowl on Friday night, I found myself with a strong desire for their food. The drive-thru was busy, but we were pleasantly surprised to find that the walk-in service was open. At that time, only counter and kiosk ordering was available, which made the process a bit tricky for me since I was unfamiliar with the menu and using the kiosk for the first time. After a few tries, we managed to place our order. The staff were busy, efficiently handling orders for both the drive-thru and delivery services. I opted for three vegetarian items: the veggie Mexican pizza, veggie quesadilla, and chips with queso. The Mexican pizza was the highlight—it was crispy and loaded with cheese and beans. The quesadilla was small but flavorful. The chips and queso were served hot, but the portion size was disappointing and the chips didn't look very appetizing. I think I’ll skip those next time. Overall, the staff were friendly and accommodating, the food was freshly made and hot, and the prices were reasonable. They definitely satisfied my late-night cravings!
My fiancé went in to order breakfast and waited at the front for ten minutes while two employees laughed and ignored him. Meanwhile, two grown men were playfully hitting each other with tortillas. After waiting so long, he finally said, "Can I place my order?" The girl replied that he would have to wait. He was confused as to why he had to wait when they seemed more focused on having fun than serving customers. She just insisted he needed to wait. I have to say, this was the most unprofessional Taco Bell we've ever encountered. It was truly embarrassing. It's clear that these employees lack basic customer service skills, which is disappointing. We definitely won't be returning to this location.
The service here is incredibly disappointing. I ordered a large beverage, but they only provided me with a small cup because they ran out of large ones. I waited inside for more than 20 minutes for my food, and when it finally arrived, it was cold. To make matters worse, I didn’t receive any sauce or a receipt.
