Olive Branch Mediteranean Italian

There were 11 people in the whole restaurant yet it was so loud we couldn’t hear each other. It was hot too. We waited almost an hour for our food while other tables that sat down after us were served. I ordered a NY strip medium rare which was beyond well done and my date ordered a filet medium with was very rare. They remade them, brought me a ribeye instead of a strip, and it still wasn’t close to the right temp. I would never go here again and we made jokes the whole night about how bad of dining experience it was.

A nice place to enjoy a meal in Mt. Dora. The food and service were good and prices reasonable.

Today visit the place. Excellent service and delicious food. But the floor is very dirty and the ladies' bathroom is not cleaned. I hope they can clean the facility better.

I’ve been here previously and everything was absolutely wonderful! Last night my boyfriend and I came in at around 8, there was no one at the host stand and when we asked a server they said they were not sitting anyone at this time. We looked on the door and it said they closed at 9. I too work in the service industry and this is completely unacceptable, it’s not like we tried to get served 30 minutes before close. Instead of fighting it we walked over to another restaurant that happily served us. Overall, i’m very disappointed.

We would love to dine and enjoy. However you charge a service fee which I only found out about by reading reviews so I hope everyone sees this one. It's underhanded and dishonest. Update your pricing to reflect the actual price and we will visit.
