Description
**A Culinary Experience at The Burning Tree Restaurant**
Nestled away from tourist spots, The Burning Tree Restaurant offers a unique blend of fantastic seafood and a charming atmosphere. While many patrons rave about the fresh ingredients and exceptional service, recent takeout experiences have left some diners disappointed with portion sizes and pricing. The restaurant's dedication to culinary excellence shines through in its house-made dishes, particularly seafood offerings and impeccable desserts. However, service inconsistencies, particularly with hosts, have marred the experience for some. Overall, The Burning Tree remains a delightful hidden gem for those seeking quality dining while navigating changing times in the culinary landscape.

The Burning Tree Restaurant closed in 2024. Precipice coffee pie is now located there. Also has good selection of local wines.
A fine selection of wines chosen by the one whose genius created Burning Tree Restaurant.
The food and coffee was excellent. It was expensive, but they also grow and locally source their own ingredients, so at least you're paying for quality.
They need to stop calling themselves a restaurant . Before they were sold to new owners, they were a superb restaurant for many years. The new owners have focused on virtue-signaling as their main product, and their secondary products are hardly worth the trip out to Otter Creek. At least they should be honest and refer to themselves as a take-out food shop, not a restaurant . All in all, they 're a joke. Not a funny one, either.
