Occasionally, there might be a bit of a wait, but that’s usually only when they’re super busy, which is almost every day. Given the amazing food and variety they offer, that’s completely understandable. I've been coming here for about five years and have never encountered any issues. I can't find anything to complain about. Great job, and please keep up the fantastic work! 10/10, hands down the best in the Adelaide Hills!

I've tried other local versions, but as a loyal Hillbilly's customer, I can confidently say that if you're tired of dry, tasteless pita bread that's a challenge to eat, you need to try Hillbilly's.
