Usually have the fish and chips, adequate amount of fish, over battered, undercooked and cold chips. Not recommended

I dropped into the hardware store to get some stuff for my friend, on the way out I thought I would try the Moose Caboose, thinking it would be just a basic ord... read more I dropped into the hardware store to get some stuff for my friend, on the way out I thought I would try the Moose Caboose, thinking it would be just a basic ordinary "food truck" experience. I only had the spicy sausage (fully dressed) on a roll and it was amazingly good. I was genuinely shocked and rather pleased at this little gem of a find. My only complaint was the sausage wasn't really spicy enough. Would definitely hit up this place again.

When you order a double bacon burger, as shown in the photo, the bacon is doubled to provide a juicy slice of peameal bacon and two slices of regular bacon with cheese on a patty. Our small poutines come with two scoops of gravy, while the large size comes with four. Extra gravy is available for an additional charge of one dollar. Thank you for your feedback!

We ordered a double bacon burger, expecting two burger patties but only received one patty with two layers of bacon. The poutine was also disappointing, as it was very dry with not enough gravy, as evidenced by the unmelted cheese curds. When my girlfriend asked for more gravy, they charged her an extra dollar. I suspect that any positive reviews are either from family and friends or people who are not familiar with food trucks.
