I can't believe I accidently found this food truck at a winery. I've been to Spain so many times since I have family there, and so far, this is the only food that is identical to what I'm used to. Now, every time I want some authentic Spanish food, this is the chef to look for. What Meredith G doesn't like about The Paella And Tapas Place:
EXPENSIVE FOR POOR QUALITY: We encountered this truck at a local winery. We were disappointed by the food quality considering the heavy price. $29 for a charcuterie board (with one cheese) that I would have paid a maximum of $10 for. The paella is wildly expensive for the serving size and nothing special. I was very frustrated by the wait time and overall experience. View all feedback.
I came across this food truck at a swim meet and it was pretty good! I wish it came with a little more food. I know Tapa is small dishes so I shouldn't complain on that. Overall it was tasty, but I wish I had gotten the Paella to be more full.

This will make all the difference in an authentic paella . 10/10
Tried the Paella via the food truck at Windridge Vineyard this weekend. The paella was packed with flavor! The ingredients were of great quality! Shrimp and mussels were plump. Steak was cooked medium-medium well but was not chewy. The large chicken pieces mixed in were plump and saturated in the flavors of the rice. The chimichurri sauce and lemon wedge added the perfect amount of acidity and brightness to the dish.

Very good food. I could not appreciate its freshness because I was saving the paella for the next day. I can't wait to have it fresh!
