However, I think the restaurant should pay more attention to the cleanliness of the restrooms. There have been instances where I entered a stall only to find that the toilet paper was completely out, which should be checked and replenished more frequently throughout the day.

I visited on two consecutive nights hoping to enjoy a strawberry slushy, but both times they were out! When I asked the two young women at the front for help, they had a dismissive attitude and claimed they didn't know how to operate the machines. I opted for a milkshake instead, but it turned out to be a mix of different flavors, likely due to a lack of proper cleaning.

They never provide a receipt, and... read more Every time I've gone through the drive-thru, I've ended up waiting for more than 10 minutes, and my order is always incorrect. They never provide a receipt, and they close the window before I have a chance to speak up. When I went inside to have my order corrected, the woman at the drive-thru (not knowing I was inside) made a loud remark about my "attitude," when all I really wanted was the three sauces I had paid for.

The wait for food is longer than the wait for the bathroom. Maybe we caught them on an off day but yikes it was not a pleasant experience.

A ton of people inside and outside so possible this happened within minutes. A lot of people grabbing food so it must be a popular place. We don’t have any Sheetz in Indiana so this was probably our first time visiting one.
