The onion rings and fries tasted like they were fried in oil that hadn't been changed in years. The drive-thru speaker was so garbled that the person taking our order kept getting it wrong, so we decided to go inside instead. I've dined at Hardee's many times, and I've never had such a terrible experience before.

I ultimately chose not to stay because the wait times were excessively lengthy.

Whether it's due to being short-staffed or not, this experience is unacceptable. If you can't provide quick service for fast food, then perhaps it's time to close your doors.
