Service was very good considering the circumstances. Apparently, the day of our visit, a staff member quit left the store. Our server, Daniel was quite overwhelmed. He handled the situation, and himself quite well. Our large party of 12 was well attended. Drinks refilled, plates cleared quickly. Our order has items missing but they were replaced quickly w/ apologies a great attitude. Very well done. Very professional View all feedback.
What deborah monroe doesn't like about Ihop:
The waitress was super sweet but the service overall was very slow. We waited almost 30 minutes after we ordered to get our food. The waitress was taking cate of several tables and was very busy the whole time we were there so I don't blame her. Food was delicious. The chef came out to make sure we liked our food and to make sure my toddler son enjoyed his food. Great staff and very kind with my toddler.
Food was good, service good, nice and clean and they have gluten free options for my wife. Fries were a little over done.
Excellent service and friendly staff. I personally love the pancakes. Great menu selections for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Ordered carry out. IHop do3s their carryout RIGHT!! Packaging is exceptional. Meal as ordered and hot!
