They messed up my order. I had to wait 25 minutes just get acknowledged. The manager did fix my order, but he yelled at me about it. Then he proceded to yell at the other customers about how busy he was. View all feedback.
You got me this time KFC with yesterday's chicken for $22, but you'll never get me again. Garbage Garbage, Garbage.
Ordered a 4 piece meal, all chicken, except the wing was dry. The skin wasn't even greasy. it was like thin paper. Gave me the wrong side( the meal was to go order, of course). the only thing that was ok was the undersized biscuit and my fountain drink. Will not return to this location.
Slow service especially if you go inside . The place is frequently short staffed so expect to wait. Other than that it's a typical KFC. Nothing to write home about.
I've been to this KFC 3 times and have never had a good experience. The chicken was dry and tasted weird. They were slow but understaffed so I don't blame the workers. The store needed a good cleaning also.
Customer Service is great. Only issue is there is not enough people to run the store. You will be waiting a long time.
