Mcdonald's - Mounds View

The staff at this restaurant is incredibly friendly, especially Carla and the woman with long braided hair at the first window. They are quick and have never made a mistake with orders.

The food is generally good, but I'm not a fan of the fact that the entrance is frequently closed.

Despite having two registers and plenty of staff, the restaurant still operates at a sluggish pace. I have been here multiple times and it always feels like a chore to wait on the side for them to prepare the food. This is due to poor management that does not prioritize providing a satisfactory customer experience – just look at all the other reviews.

First visit in this place. the place was not busy at all. However, the dining tables were all dirty and I had to go to the counter and ask the employee to send someone to clean them. We were about 25 minutes there and no one came out until we were gone. I noticed that in most McDonalds locations I visited. they do not take care of the dining room very well, as they are opened again after covid closure. Of course, eating was consistent, but prices continue to rise. paid $35.91 for eating for 2 adults and 2 children.

Food was good as always. The crew seemed to enjoy their jobs and each other.
