The restaurant has improved a lot, and the staff were great. The food was good, and I would recommend it.

The service at this restaurant is terrible. There are only two staff members working, and customers are being told there is a 15-minute wait because they are busy preparing orders for delivery services like Just Eat. The meal preparation is also very slow.

Although the food was fresh and delicious, the service at this restaurant was lacking. There were 4 staff members focused on just takeout orders and cleaning, while 3 customers waited with a promised 5-minute wait time. Even if one staff member had helped the dine-in customers, they should have been able to manage everything. I have never experienced such poor service at this restaurant before, otherwise I would have given it a 1-star rating. When I returned a month later, the owner or manager (who acted like it) was incredibly rude. She made snide remarks about my previous complaint and gave me a 1-star review. I believe that word of mouth is more powerful than any advertising, so I will not be returning until the attitude of at least one worker changes. Customer service seems to be a thing of the past. I will also be sending a letter to head office to address my concerns.

Was in the Motherwell store this morning with my daughter, the service given by Letty was great, she was lovely, served us quickly and had a good chat! She was great with my daughter aswell, a fantastic start to the day, thankyou! (Food was great as always)

For the price of a coffee in certain other establishments I had an enjoyable healthy wee lunch with pleasant service. £3.80
