Breakfast yesterday morning and this morning at Highlands Merchant. I truly cannot recommend this Cafe enough. Absolutely beautiful food. So worth it, we drove 45 minutes to get it plus take Tempus to the dog park. She gets her Puppacino and we get great Coffee, Breakfast (heirloom tomatoes, pesto, whipped feta on sourdough) to die for. Plus brought home some Mint slice for later. We had a wonderful start to our Sunday at this restaurant. The food was delicious, the staff were friendly, the service was prompt, and the decor was gorgeous. I have gluten and dairy restrictions, and I appreciate that they catered to my needs. The muesli was delicious, and the almond milk was the best I have ever tasted. The coffee was perfect, and the atmosphere was great. Best of luck with your new business!

If I could, I would give this restaurant 10 stars... it's simply amazing! The staff was attentive and the food was delicious. The gluten-free bread was the best I've ever tasted.
The interior of the restaurant is immaculate, with personalized service and a menu featuring locally sourced, seasonal produce. A visit to this restaurant in Moss Vale is a must. Lisa and her team do a fantastic job.
This cafe is up there with the best. Totally! Nice friendly service and excellent wholesome imaginative dishes. Highly recommended.
