After a three hour walk from Kirribilli we were delighted to stumble across it, with it's wooden veranda and outside tables with exquisite views across to the Opera House. Service was warm and attentive. The food was delicious. Three pieces of grilled ocean trout layed atop a pile of fries with accompanying salad ($25). A salad of tomatoes and grilled haloumi ($18). A wonderful place for a peaceful lunch in tranquil surroundings.

Our daughter has just held her wedding at Athol hall and we were very impressed by the helpfulness of the staff and how well the wedding preparations were handl... read more Our daughter has just held her wedding at Athol hall and we were very impressed by the helpfulness of the staff and how well the wedding preparations were handled.the venue is perfect for a country style wedding and the food provided was very good and generously served. we enjoyed the event which had a lot to do with the non nonsense but caring attitude of staff as well as how unintrusive they were but at the same time making sure it all ran very smoothly . thank you!
