The staff is unwelcoming and indifferent, often neglecting to acknowledge even a simple 'thank you' for basic service. The food is not fresh, yet there’s always a long line, which really underscores the employees' lack of effort and concern. I would suggest retraining the staff and possibly offering higher wages, as it seems they aren’t compensated well enough to genuinely care about their work.
