We visited the restaurant tonight and witnessed a disturbing incident where a young trainee was behaving inappropriately with another staff member. The trainee was asked to change gloves but didn't understand why he needed to do so. After changing his gloves, he continued to handle food improperly and even had a wardrobe malfunction. We visited the restaurant tonight and witnessed a disturbing incident where a young trainee was behaving inappropriately with another staff member. The trainee was asked to change gloves but didn't understand why he needed to do so. After changing his gloves, he continued to handle food improperly and even had a wardrobe malfunction. We left feeling disgusted by the lack of professionalism and care from the staff. It was a chaotic and disappointing experience, and we would not recommend this establishment if it weren't for the food quality.

Kris and Kaitlyn did amazing work at Malone's restaurant. As someone who drives a wrecker, I don't have much time to wait for food. They were fast and attentive, making sure my order was exactly what I wanted. The food was fresh and delicious, especially the sandwiches filled with meat and sweets. They were very polite and friendly while serving me. Overall, it was a great experience.

I ordered the steak and cheese sub for $5.48 and was disappointed. It only had a couple of pieces of steak, with the majority being bread and mayo.

On Saturday Jan 18 around 4:20 pm me and my husband ordered 2 sandwiches. The young people thet were working were very unprofessional. (William and Kallie) The young man that was preparing my sandwich put the wrong chicken on my sandwich and when he realized it he said the f word removed the chicken from the bread and put it back into the container got the correct chicken and started making my sandwich. I told him that I would like it toasted he toasted it got it out of the oven and left it on the counter. The 2 young ladies just had to take out a mobile order when they returned the young man told the one young kid to finish my sandwich, then he looked at my husband and asked him if he wanted a sandwich. By that time my bread was cold! The girl started adding on my lettuce, tomatoes, onion and green pepper finished with sweet onion teriyaki. When she was trying to fold the sandwich which was already cold the topping came out hit the counter she stuffed it back into the bread and it split the whole back side of the sandwich I made a comment that it just split the back side of the sanwich which would make it hard to eat she replied that it's because what I put on my sandwich. I said that has never happened before and I order a lot from them. She went off then my husband then said we were going to find a different subway she replied yes you need to go somewhere else. The guy stepped over and told the girl you go to the back. He asked me want I wanted to do I said I would like another sandwich, my husband told the guy the he didn't appreciate his language and what he did with the chicken on my sandwich was a health code violation. The guy said that we didnt say anything and my hushand said we shouldnt have to say anything. The girl came back from the back a started running her mouth again at that point I told the guy I just wanted a refund. Got a refund and we left. I work in Mosheim and order alot for lunch and we dine in alot as well. Not for sure if subway requires that males with breads wear a net over there breads when preparing the sanwiches. It's sad that this younger generation doesn't care, have good work ethics and take proud in there work. I will not return to this location again.
