Unhappy with their adds. If you order a special seen online or TV you have to make sure that you tell them you want their special. Why do you have to ask for it if it's advertised. It' not a special if you have to tell them I want the special. Won't order anything from them again if I have to ask then online (which is not a person) and have to look for small print. I ordered the 19.99 special and got over charged for it. Called and still say they can’t do anything about it.
