**Restaurant Review: A Mixed Bag Experience**
At this popular fast-food chain, recent visits yield mixed impressions. While some patrons praised the buffet for its variety, featuring crispy fried chicken and hearty sides, others found disappointment in portion sizes and execution. Dishes like mashed potatoes and gravy underdelivered on flavor and quantity, while chicken tenders were criticized for being overcooked. Notably, service inconsistencies were highlighted, with incorrect orders causing frustration. However, redeeming qualities included fresh offerings at the buffet during peak hours and the allure of a delicious new spicy chicken sandwich. Overall, while there are moments of satisfaction, inconsistency marred the experience.

The mashed potatoes and gravy were primarily just plain potatoes, as there wasn’t enough gravy to really call it a proper dish. The biscuit was rock hard, and the chicken strips were only the size of nuggets. Overall, I found the meal to be quite disappointing considering the price we paid.
The full-up box was cold and the food had a rubbery texture. Additionally, there was no gravy for the mashed potatoes. I was very disappointed.
There were only about eight chicken nuggets in my order, and the portion of fries was minimal. It felt like they were serving up the last of their supply and didn't want to make any more.
I really didn't enjoy the atmosphere at this restaurant. The staff seemed unfriendly, giving me dirty looks and making me feel unwelcome while rushing me to place my order. Considering that the prices are similar to what I'd pay at a family restaurant, I expect a more pleasant experience. I don't need anyone to be overly cheerful, but I would definitely appreciate some genuine kindness and respect. It's time to improve staff training.
