Sonic Drive-in - Moscow

The service was incredibly friendly and quick. I thoroughly enjoyed the amazing food. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

90% of the time only accept door dash in stalls and make most people go through drive through. Never have any signage saying this though and just wasting time. It’s not the workers fault but the management need to work on finding ways to hire more individuals since they seem to be so understaffed.

I don't recommend going here ever. Horrible service. The drive-thru was backed up when we arrived. We waited in the drive-thru for about 15 minutes and it wasn't really moving so we got out of line because the individual drive up areas were lit up with lights. When we tried to order they said they couldn't take our order and we would have to get back in the drive-thru line. Very unorganized and lazy if you ask me. You would think they would want to work on multiple orders to get things moving. They were super rude and I will never return to this sonic.

We traveled from Boise to Coeur d'Alene to visit Silverwood Theme Park, and my son mentioned he was hungry for a burger. Unsure of where to go, we spotted Sonic and decided to stop, even though I'm not usually a big fan. However, we were both pleasantly surprised by the burgers we ordered. We visited on August 13, 2023, around 11:30 a.m., and I have to say, our burgers were absolutely phenomenal—definitely the best experience I've had at Sonic! A big thank you to the wonderful staff!

The cheeseburgers were the best I've ever had in my life. The fries were decent, but they were a bit cold. The onion rings and mozzarella sticks were tasty, but I had issues getting sauce; twice I asked for some and didn’t receive any for my fries, onion rings, or mozzarella sticks. Aside from that, everything was great, and the staff was very friendly.
