She even broug... read more The service was fast, friendly, and very accommodating. The girl working that day was on her own, yet everything was fresh and delivered quickly. She even brought our food to us at our shopping center when it was ready. The pretzels were incredibly soft and tasty. We will definitely eat there again!

It has always been a hit or miss with employees here but today was different. I asked what sauces they had for their pretzels not realizing it was on the menu. The employee said we have ALL the sauces. And I asked what are they? The employee said well vanilla glaze and (something else) glaze. They didn 't say any others so I asked if they have cheese,

Seemed like she was chatting with someone behind the counter who also said to a customer that she didn't work there anymore. Had a long time to wait time for two drinks and two pretzel bites. It was the longest wait I've ever had to wait there.
