It took 32 minutes to receive 8 pieces of chicken at this restaurant. They did not have extra crispy chicken available. The person assisting me was not paying attention to my order or what I was saying. Despite being the only customer in the lobby, it took an additional 20 minutes to receive my food after 5 cars in the drive-thru were served. An off-duty person in street clothes and without a hair net was handling food in the back. My order was also incorrect. Overall, I was very disappointed and will not be returning to this establishment.
We were missing a few items from our order, but the staff promptly corrected the mistake.
I had a negative experience at this restaurant when a staff member named Jaden was rude and refused to serve me. Despite Google showing that they were supposed to be open until 11pm on Saturday, the door was already locked when I arrived at 10:10pm. When I tried to use the drive-thru, Jaden accused me of disrespecting them. I was very upset by this interaction and hope that Jaden never returns to my restaurant. If he does, I will not hesitate to confront him. I will also make sure to read reviews before visiting any restaurant in the future.
