The staff was extremely helpful when I called to inquire about when the meat would be back in stock. I was given an exact date and ordered extra to accommodate the increasing demand. I usually find myself giving shops vague and inaccurate information, but this experience was refreshing.
KFC Moscow - Rocked! My husband and I had a unique request when we visited KFC in Moscow - we wanted to buy some chicken and have it put in a big bucket. We explained that we were exchange students and KFC was his favorite fast food in the U.S. Instead of a traditional "welcome sign" at the airport, we wanted to greet him with a bucket of chicken. The staff went above and beyond, showing us incredible kindness and making our day truly special. The look on our exchange student's face when he saw the bucket of chicken was priceless!
The three sandwiches we ordered were just average, and one was supposed to be spicy but wasn't. In addition, we were missing a Sierra Mist drink. Despite ordering three meals, only two drinks were sent to our table.
It took 32 minutes to receive 8 pieces of chicken at this restaurant. They did not have extra crispy chicken available. The person assisting me was not paying attention to my order or what I was saying. Despite being the only customer in the lobby, it took an additional 20 minutes to receive my food after 5 cars in the drive-thru were served. An off-duty person in street clothes and without a hair net was handling food in the back. My order was also incorrect. Overall, I was very disappointed and will not be returning to this establishment.
