The atmosphere is consistent and the only use lukewarm milk. The customer service is good, however, I am disappointed that I am unable to order my favorite drink here.

However, the pricing can be confusing - one day in Pullman, a drink may cost $6 or $7, but the next day it could be $8 or $9 for the same drink. On the other hand, in Moscow, the same drink may cost $2 or $3 less. While I understand the variations in wages and taxes, it would be nice to have more consistency in pricing.

I drove up to the window and my coffee was pretty much ready to go with the exception that since I usually order mine iced but it was cold and rainy this morning they wanted to make sure whether I wanted it iced or hot. Super sweet gals! Thank you!
