Spent New Year's Eve at this great little Indian as all the posh restaurants were fully booked but had a really good time. The owner was front of house as she was giving her usual team New Year's Eve off! Bit surreal eating in an Indian restaurant in France served by a lovely English lady but we had a 'right laugh'. Food was good, atmosphere excellent, all round great meal. View all feedback.
What Victor Parent doesn't like about Spice Garden:
We had food from here on holiday because we fancied curry. What we had was ok but not the greatest and we paid a premium for it (which we don't mind for good food) The phone number wasn't answered so ended up driving down to place the takeaway order, which was no great deal but annoying when there is a phone number listed. The food was ready in a good amount of time although quite expensive (€13.50 for chicken tikka... View all feedback.
We had one soup each, one tomato/beef soup and a chicken/sweet corn soup.
Good option to consider while staying at the Hotel Intercontinental while attending an international medical conference.
Small neighborhood restaurant with charm and good food Really friendly staff and the food was good.

What we had was ok but not the greatest and we paid a premium for it (which we don't mind for good food) The phone number wasn't answered so ended up driving down to place the takeaway order, which was no great deal but annoying when there is a phone number listed. The food was ready in a good amount of time although quite expensive (€13.50 for chicken tikka masala is a bit much). The food was ok - onion bhajis a bit bland and floury, rice and Bombay aloo were ok, chicken tikka masala was not the greatest. Don't bother buying mango chutney if you want something similar to the uk version because it is not the same at all. I doubt I would eat here if I returned, I would save my curry craving for when back in the UK.
A charming little place located in the heart of Morzine. Coming from Birmingham I appreciate a good curry whenever the chance presents itself. I was greeted by a friendly waitress and a lovely aroma of Asian spices. I want told there would be a slight wait on food as they were busy, but seeing the food being made freshly in front of you is understandable and in my experience worth the wait.I ordered a chicken bhoona and a garlic naan and both were delicious.I shall definitely be returning.
