I appreciate that peoples tastes are different but this was not for us and we didn’t feel like there was a value in eating here. I have eaten in many stared restaurants around the world and as you expect the food and experience is amazing. You can taste the flavours and appreciate the technical skill gone into creating each dish. Le flacon we had the 7 course taster menu. 3 starters, 2 mains and 2 deserts. Each dish visually looked good. Unfortunately though it was just that a good looking plate of food with no real working flavours. It was a shame and I hope we were just unlucky with our evening. The tr... read more Good restaurant; nice terrace; high quality table; very courteous service. We found the choice very, very limited. I had the trout and eggplant starters. The trout in zucchini was excellent. My wife had the lobster which turned out to he hard and chewy. and difficult to eat. We did inform the server.

We have received a coupon as gift and made reservation for birthday celebration for July 2024 but the restaurant has been closed for renovation since the cancellation of our reservation. I need to know how this coupon could work after expiration or can we ask a direct refund. Waiting months is not very encouraging to keep this coupon. Sorry to give 1 star but please come back to me...
