.food not great and service very poor.I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant. Very expensive for average food and service.
Worst picanha ever; asked for medium-rare. It was undercooked at first and still cold in the middle. After being returned to the kitchen, it came back well done; and very very chewy as a result…
Nice alpine menu with meat, tartiflette, hot stone... I expected better overall, though some meals were very good such as the porc pluma and the entrecote.
We were a group of 7 friend booked the previous evening. It was very cold on one side of table as seated at the front end behind plastic window. Cold despite gas heater on one side. Waiter was initially quiet miserable and tried to talk us out of our choice of starter as it was normally a main as if it was some real hassle as it was cheese fondue and came with hot coals. “Your money” he quipped. Said starters were very good, pizza mains also good and fabulous Tomohawk steak (95 euros) Free digestiv and waiter had finally thawed out. On balance good good, service mixed but freezing cold. In the warmth this would’ve been very good. Need to choose your table to avoid where we were.
