Location: close to Pleney lift, city centre, bars,... Bar: nice Bar (in and outside) in a nice garden with excellent views on Pleney, landing Paragliders,... Staff: all of the staff was super friendly and helpful Bike Wash: proper Bike Wash Station in the Garden. Rooms: have seen better days. Yes, they were clean but need a little refresh. Bike Room: dark, with a door closing so fast and hard that it is almost impossible to enter or leave without pinching your bike. Room was dirty and often the door was standing open, as it was some kind of entrance for delivery. Breakfast: a bit boring... Overall the stay was okay. But with room to improve.
Hope it is still in the same operation next year.
Best Sunday roasts in morzine. Portion sizes are massive, but perfect after a day on the slopes. Veggie nut roast is really good, it comes with a creamy mushroom sauce as default so make sure you ask for veggie gravy if you want gravy on your roast. Giant Yorkshires :
Nice and reasonably priced dish of the day. Burgers are okay but I do not recommend the sirloin. Nice tarts as dessert options. Terrasse is nice and staff is a bit young but friendly
Good location for skiing. Good food and good beer. All the staff were very helpful. Bar gets busy with non residents in the ski season. Rooms are OK, but a bit tired. Would happily go back again
