Firstly this place is pretty busy, but it seems the main lady at the counter was not coping with the stress too well.

Taste good but the service is poor. The man I guess is the boss sometimes friendly but most of the time looked bossy.

Shafty is a very welcoming and warm person, we make very nice meetings. It's important to get there. we can't pretend to know morzine without having gone
