Dunkin' - Morton

Went inside, and it took forever for the lady to even come to the counter to take the order of the guy in front of me. When I finally got my order in, it took forever, all i got was one simple iced latte. I walked in at 6am and didn't get out till 625am. Not the fastest. It's like nobody even cared about the people in the lobby and only worried about the drive thru.

I purchased 2 quarts of ice cream and a regular coffee period. The Morton, Illinois Ashland Road Dunkin' Donuts was exceptional. It was very clean and that's what first caught my attention. The two men working were very courteous and I told them how much I appreciated the cleanliness of their store. The coffee was great, also, my wife really enjoys the BR's chocolate/peanut butter ice cream. I would not eat or drink anything from this place. Low quality on everything I ordered. Service was slow. Do you self a favor and find somewhere else.

I've gone to this Dunkin' for years now. Never had an issue and the line is almost always short for the drive-thru. Highly recommend.
