The first th... read more I bought two quarts of ice cream and a regular coffee at the Dunkin' Donuts on Ashland Road in Morton, Illinois, and I had an excellent experience. The first thing that stood out to me was how clean the store was. The two employees there were very polite, and I expressed my appreciation for how tidy everything was. The coffee was also fantastic, and my wife particularly enjoys the chocolate/peanut butter ice cream from BR's. Thank you for the outstanding service! As for kid-friendliness: The two gentlemen working tonight were exceptionally kind and courteous. I received prompt service, and my order was handled quickly and professionally.

When I finally placed my ord... read more I entered the restaurant and had to wait a long time for the woman at the counter to take the order of the customer in front of me. When I finally placed my order, it took an unnecessarily long time to get my simple iced latte. I walked in at 6:00 AM and didn’t leave until 6:25 AM. Clearly, the service was not quick. It felt as though no one was paying attention to the people inside the restaurant and were only focused on the drive-thru customers.
