This Baskin Robbins closes at completely random times. The only notice is handwritten signs taped to the windows. Really frustrating when you've already told your kids you're going for ice cream. Sorry kids, I guess no one wants to work today.
Stopped by for my regular strawberry banana smoothie this am 9/25/22 only to be told sorry we are cleaning the machine. I'm not a manager but, shouldn't this be done at closing?? Let's not be like Mc Donalds with sorry the machine is down.
I wouldn't recommend eating or drinking anything from this restaurant. The quality of everything I ordered was subpar, and the service was quite slow. Do yourself a favor and look for another place to dine.
I definitely do not recommend their ice cream cakes. They tasted stale, and the cake itself was extremely dry and crumbly, even after letting it thaw for a while. I'm not sure what went wrong, but something was definitely off. I spent $43 on a cake that looked smaller than what I had ordered, and it barely got touched at our work party—it was that bad. Save your money! I called to speak with an assistant manager or team leader to let them know there might be an issue with that batch, hoping they wouldn't face a similar problem in the future. I would hate for this to happen to a child's birthday cake. She said "sorry" but seemed annoyed that I was even calling and came across as quite rude. Overall, it was a really disappointing experience, and I won’t be recommending this place. Again, save your money!
I visited Dunkin this morning, and as usual, it was busy, which is to be expected. However, the staff were rather rude. They also gave my son the wrong donut. When I politely mentioned this while receiving my drink, the manager glanced at me, quickly took the bag, and got the correct donut. Unfortunately, when we were leaving, my son said it still wasn’t the one he had ordered, but he decided to eat it anyway.
