However, despite it not being very busy (only 3 other tables were occupied in the late afternoon), I had to wait 45 minutes to be served. Another family arrived at the same time as mine and had already left by the time we finished eating. The food is nutritious, but the service could definitely be improved.

The seafood is incredibly fresh, and the small restaurant never fails to impress. My personal favorites are the grilled sushi, sashimi, tempura, and udon dishes. The authentic Japanese aromas are delightful, and the prices are very reasonable. Even with a group of eight, we can keep the bill under $300 while enjoying a satisfying meal, including dessert options like green tea ice cream and "Doraemon Pancake." I recommend visiting Asako if you are in the Concord/Canada Bay area.
