I ordered the new burger with the pretzel bun combo with a sweet tea. When I got to the window to pay the gentleman gave me a different amount then what I was told when I ordered. He did quickly rectify that and was very friendly. Got to the window to pick up my food and the gentleman handed me the bag and told me I needed to pull up to wait for the rest of my order. At that point I was confused. I asked what I was waiting for and was told pull up and he would let me know. At that point a lady came to the window and said I needed to pull up because someone was making my tea sweet. I waited about 4 minutes before someone brought me my tea. To be honest the fact that I had to wait for my tea to be made sweet made me nervous and I didn't drink it. Once home I unwrapped my sandwich, took the top bun off to find half a raw onion on the sandwich. This sandwich is supposed to come with fried onion rings. There was more raw onion on the sandwich than beef. If they had run out of the onion rings shouldn't I have been told so I could make the choice if I wanted raw onion on my sandwich.
Absolutely loved this Wendy's. The atmosphere and relaxing atmosphere were a welcome surprise! My only complaint was the restroom. The restrooms were disorderly and under supplied. Great friendly staff and I LOVE the Adoption support display just wish it wasn't displayed on the way to the bathroom.
It's always something wrong going on... either the drive thru isn't working you have to go inside or the system is down completely. The dine in area is always unsatisfactory; you as a customer have to clean an area for yourself. Management is goodwith customer service but the staff isn't. They seemed drained, irritated, just don't want to be there, most of the timenever following the proper greeting exting of customers. Food tastes good but a lot of times it's the wrong item or theydisregard your requests and just give how they want to. This is anytime of the day. It's the only Wendy's close to me is why Isometimes go there. I wish there were improvements.
