I recently stopped at this restaurant while traveling through America. They have a great variety of wine and beer, and their slushies are a must-try. The portion sizes are generous, and the staff is fantastic - they are interesting, friendly, and very helpful. I wish I could have stayed for another night! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Valley Vineyards:
the wee was good. the prices were okay. the person who worked the counter gave me no taste of one of the beers, so he lost himself on selling a breeder of the beer. yes, a flight of beer was available, but I just wanted a taste of a beer. Not the best business model when they ask me. View all feedback.
First the new owners have done some improvements inside the vineyard, it’s a pretty facility. But in all my experience, both of the new owners are very rude and unpleasant to deal with. We are regulars (which is probably going to change, which is a shame cause we live 5 minutes away) we miss the previous owners!! Now as for the food when you are paying $75-$100 for a meal…..I expect top notch…..veggies are slightly steamed and not seasoned, extremely disappointed in all the sides and deserts are dry. Steaks and potatoes were good, although 1 filet was very fatty. Now as for the live music, we enjoyed the duo that was playing but the owner kept asking them to tone it down when everyone was enjoying and getting into the music. Why hire live music and then tell them to keep it down, yeah makes tons of sense!! Also I had a meeting with new owners about having our wedding there…..would have been very convenient….close to home, we love this place or use to, but the owner made me feel as if we couldn’t afford their facility and never followed through with sending me the rest of the information. We are very disappointed as this was one of our favorite vineyards. We may go back for the wine but definitely not the food!!

Here on a Friday night for cookout. great live music outside, and excellent eating, but from some reason I had not expected that I actually cook my own steak (no big thing, but I guess that is where the cooking comes, eh.. However, it is recommended to get her wine/beer before cooking. if there is an invigorated night, it can take a while until they work through the line and get their drinks while you eat and get cold (:should, would definitely come back what I know now!
Have been coming for several years with a group of friends. Under new ownership and WE WILL NEVER BE BACK! Rolls were served frozen, broccoli was served frozen and dessert was still frozen. Only thing edible was literally the steak we cooked ourselves out of a seal packed package covered in blood. Usually Wine tasting was a great experience with friends and even that seemed to be an issue with the new owner causing anxiety and NOT a fun atmosphere, we ask for one wine tasting and his comment before the tasting was even in our hand was no more without paying Asked for a box for my only cooked food the steak and was told by a manager that she needed to supervise me putting my steak in a small foil like I was going to steal food! Money wasn't my problem, this shisty place is! Sad to see a fantastic family business go down the drain after so many years of hard work to a new bad owner. Best thing about this place is the male bar server and the Female busser that cleaned our table.
We went with a group of people. The wine was outstanding a variety to choose from. The steak and side dishes were delicious- definitely a place we will return too.
