First time checking out the hot dog factory and I was pleased with my experience. The lady who took my order was very informative on helping me decide on which hot dog to choose from. I love their creative names for each hot dog and how they have a visual image to easily see what I am getting. The hot dog I got was the Boston which was okay. It also was smaller than what I expected so just ordering one is not enough.... View all feedback.
What S Lyric Harmony doesn't like about The Original Hot Dog Factory Southlake Mall:
Impossible Burger was small for the price, the onions were not grilled although the menu says the are and when I asked the worker about it, he said, no, they don 't come grilled although it is clearly printed that it does on the menu?. I didn 't get Xtra pickles I paid for. Not worth the $23 price for a tiny burger, plain fries, and drink. I would have rather had an Impossible Whooper meal for $10 but I was limited w... I don't think they're open any longer. Went by there today and they were boarded up. Perhaps $20 hotdog meals wasn't the right market for that area?

Tried the Original Hot Dog Factory at Southlake Mall today. Customer service was great and they offer pretty much any hot dog you can imagine. Located in the food court near the carousel, OHDF is a quaint hot dog shop with all the fixins. They offer fries, potato chips, kids meals and what appeared to be colorful, handmade drinks. I chose a regular dog with chili and onions on top. Tasted great- I recommend OHDF if hot dogs are your vibe and you don't mind paying $6-10 for one.
I went to visit my daughter at work and decided to stop in the food court to grab something to eat. After looking around at the various eating spots there, I decided to grab a hot dog and boy was it a great choice. I got the ATL Footlong with fries and it was delicious. Will definitely be back, SOON!!!!
