I placed a pick-up order, but they accused me of something, and I never received my food. This is the worst place.

They forgot my drink order, and even after I reminded them it was supp... read more The atmosphere feels quite dull, and there’s a noticeable lack of energy among the staff. They forgot my drink order, and even after I reminded them it was supposed to be a medium, they brought me a small instead. The place could also use a good cleaning. Overall, it’s just not a great vibe. I believe there’s potential for improvement.

I don't understand how a restaurant can't afford too break a big billand have too refuse a guest.
