The customer service was quite disappointing. There was a lack of clear communication from the woman at the register that led to misunderstandings about how I wanted my bouquet to look. I genuinely feel that we were treated unfairly. I enjoy buying flowers every week and hoped this shop, being conveniently located near my home, would be a great option. However, I won’t be going back and cannot recommend this place to others.
My experience with the Morrow Florist was great! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, they went above and beyond to help me with my order. The flowers I ordered for my fiance were delivered with perfect timing and she loved them.Thanks Morrow Florist!
The Best!!! When another florist didn’t deliver as scheduled, Morrow Florist came through with a last minute arrangement for my mom’s memorial service. AND THEY CAME THROUGH!! The piece was beautiful!! Had to be perfect for mom. They will now be my go-to florist.

My husband sent me flowers for my birthday, a few days later I had a rose with no petals. Gave them a called to let them know and ask what could I do about it and prevent the rest from getting damaged. NO questions ask they will be taking care of them. They ask if I would be home, said yes (me thinking they will be replacing the rose) a few hrs later they at my door exchanging my wholee arrangement for a new one! What a great customer service. I end up feeling bad I made them do all that for one rose but they made my day.FYI husband been getting me flowers from them for the last few yrs and this is the first time this happened, the flowers are great all the time. Look no further ?
