The restaurant did not take responsibility for the spilled food in the bag or for the lid not being secured on the soup. The delivery driver just dropped it off at my doorstep and left without any communication.
I'm not sure if the restaurant staff is having trouble using the tablet or if DoorDash is the issue. I received a text saying my order was ready after I placed it, but when I arrived, they told me it hadn't even started yet. If DoorDash is working with them, they shouldn't receive a bad rating for things that go wrong with the order.
I was disappointed with the attitude I encountered when placing my order. It felt like the food had been prepared that morning, and I can't believe they managed to mess up steamed rice! This does not feel like an authentic Chinese restaurant at all!
Hot food but plain flavor I ordered the huney mustard chicken wings with shimp and chicken $1 extra I didn't know okay+ Honey mustard wings with house fried rice $3.50 extra. The total was $37 and it should have been $30 including the tax she refund $3.35. Guilty Conscience I believe in karma, What goes around comes around when you cheat someone to get cheated on
