What Queen Tommy doesn't like about Burger King:
They were polite and the food was fresh but the food was wrong and took a bit long. I asked for wraps with no tomato, and whoppers no pickles. Tomato on wraps which I can tolerate... but the pickles I absolutely can't stand. Receipt clearly shows NO PICKLE and then pickles on my sandwich. Gotta get orders correct. Placed an order here on line paid for my order and I arrived at 11:24 and the guy said they were closed and had closed 30min prior to my arrival. The order was accepted on line and on line it says this location drive through closes at 12mid. The guy I?massuming is a shift leader or manager pointed to the sign on the drive through window stated what does that say? Wow suchcustomer service I will be taking my complaint to Corporate. 5141 Jonesboro rd. Lake City. This location needs to be shut downimmediately. So where?s my money????
I by pass this location to go to another one. Nasty windows, doors.nasty coke fountain area. Finger prints everywhere. One grease ball. Buns are always cold not warm. Employees hanging out smoking where even the people in Jonesboro can see them. Iwent inside one time and I seen an employee bag like he was homeless sitting in the lobby. Dirtiest fast food restaurant I haveever seen.Hands down and it is a new remodel. People don?t have standards or hope in this world.
The personal was polite and seemingly helpful, only not at the point with my order. I expressly commanded whopper the broiler, flat (for grilled tweepers that I always got in the past, but they refused to accommodate). when I got my order, which lasted after a long time since there were only about 4 people who were ordered there, it was wrong! it came with everything and a full of it. and to hide it from the server, I asked if my order was the whopper with fries, was never mentioned. I told them that I could not ask for health, could eat a lot. if I had been allergic to tomato, pickles, mayonnaise, etc. I would have been in trouble. some of the fast food places will never take this into consideration and simply taking away items from a sandwich is not appropriate or is safe with allergies. the juices alone could cause problems. Unfortunately, burger king is notorious for this, and it makes me no end that a burger who comes directly from the grill can be cold in moments, that is a continuous problem, that is one of the reasons I have taken to order from the grill. it doesn't help.
This place was super fast, used the burger king mobile app. made in mobile shopping. was very satisfied with the speed and time of my order. many thanks to burger king franchise on the jonesboro road.
I had beautiful experience in this special burger king. what I don't like with burger king is your app. whenever I try to pull it, it always tells me that they have some kind of problem and later check back. this app did this to me every time I am ready to eat in a burger king. it will be nice if they can fix themselves app so that I look at their offers so that I don't just have to go to a burger king when I'm ready to eat there and ask for any specialties.
