It started with the app allowing us to order unavailable food, then a long wait only for them to tell us half of the order wasn't available. After a 1 hour and 10 minutes ordeal and an over $90 bill, we still had no impossible burgers, and they insisted on giving us normal burgers, not understanding how those were different. The drinks were replaced by bottled water. Back on the app, the refund request was met with coupons. On the plus side, we got some extra cookies.

Not a good experience, it took 20 minutes to get my order. It took 7 more minutes to get my order. My sandwich was hot but the buns were chewy like they were heated in the microwave. By the time I got back to work the bun was hard as a rock. They also put the 2 biggest onions on one of my burgers. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch

I made a mobile order for drive thur pickup so that means I had to pay for my food when placing the order. Welp I get there at 11:45a they’re closed the rep at the BK stated I would get my refund immediately, but that was a 10 days for you to get your money back I don’t understand why the app allowed me to place an order at a location that is closed. They should have issued a credit to allow folks to place their order at a different location. Worst customer service experience I have ever had. The rep in the drive through was rude didn’t want to hear anything I had to say. Nor tried to be empathetic about the situation.
