The dining experience here is quite enjoyable. The ambiance always matches the atmosphere, and their drinks are great as well. Asked for lite salt and after waiting over 20 minutes when I got my pretzel it was covered in salt smh. I couldn't because my blood pressure went through the roof even though I tried taking all the salt off View all feedback.
The service was quick, but the cheese sauce lacked flavor and the pretzel was slightly overcooked.
I have been enjoying their poi and tried to call their hotline, but I never received a response.

Faster service had no sharp cheese sauce pretzel was a little over
I visit Auntie Anne's at Southlake Mall in Morrow. I rate this a one for poor customer service and cold pretzel. Won't be back.
